This weekend homestay program allows exchange students to stay at ordinary homes while studying at Fukuoka University.

Living with a family in Japan will provide them an opportunity to learn about life in Japan and enrich their Japanese language skills. It may be difficult to match all exchange students with host families due to the number of students who request a homestay. This short homestay program is conduct weekend and offered for free (though expenses for travel to and from the host family’s home must be borne by the student).

Due to current COVID-19 situation, we don’t offer any homestay programs. We will inform on this website when we offer the program.
